Nicolet has made a few personal 4-week programs for me. She puts a lot of effort into making sure the workouts are the kinds I love and which I am physically able to do.

Nicolet has put together a great prenatal workout program for the second trimester. Good balance between cardio, strength and pilates/yoga exercises with possibilities for modifications if needed. I did the 6 week 2nd trimester prenatal and following now the 3rd trimester workout plan. It’s very easy to use. I feel great and strong 💪🏻 I recommend all my pregnant friends these workout plans because they are easy to schedule in your day.
